You don’t need money, means or a running head start in life to be successful.
This is my childhood home in Philadelphia. Not much to look at now. My parents didn’t have money or college educations but they worked multiple jobs, sacrificed, patterned the right behaviors, showed “managerial courage” in leading our family, led us towards a better path in life.
I wish things would’ve been a bit easier when I was younger but I realize now that being from modest means but with good leadership likely helped pattern and fuel my drive.
